General accommodation booking conditions:

- All bookings require a deposit of 50% of the total cost.
- 2 weeks prior to arrival full amount will be deducted from allocated credit card supplied.
- DECLINED CREDIT CARD CHARGE - A $2.00 fee will apply for all DECLINED credit cards due to insufficient funds, please make sure the funds are in the credit card before making the booking.
- If a change of arrival date has been authorised by Rainbow Pines then NO other changers or refunds will be authorised in the future.
- NO REFUNDS GIVEN FOR REDUCING YOUR STAY.
- STRICTLY 10 klm speed limit in park boundary.
- All accommodation is payable upon arrival.
- No pets allowed in any accommodation.
- No swags permitted in any accommodation.
- Deluxe Cabin supplied with covered doona and pillows for all beds. Sheets and towels are supplied for the double bed only.
- Ensuite Cabin accommodation you will need to supply your own linen for bunk beds(pillows and blankets are provided). sheets and towels are supplied for the double bed.
- Bungalow accommodation you will need to supply your own linen for bunk beds (pillows and blankets are provided). Sheets and towels are supplied for the double bed.
- Pinelodge accommodation you will need to supply your own linen for bunk beds (pillows and blankets are provided). Sheets and towles are supplied for the double bed.
- A linen pack (sheets & towel) can be provided for a fee of $15 for your collection upon arrival 48hours notice required.
- Tariff is subject to change without notice.
- Check in time is 2pm (unless prior arrangements are made).
- Check out time is 10am.
CANCELLATIONS
In the event of cancellations 2 weeks prior to your arrival a refund will be offered less a 30% cancellation fee of full amount. If less than 2 weeks notice is given no refund will be offered.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR EARLY DEPARTURES.
